The week that was Week 4

Kia ora and welcome to week 5 in Room 7.

Dates to diary:
March 17th-18th: Goal setting (10 minutes) with your child and me. Booking schedule to be sent out to you via the school.
NB: this week I have meetings on Mon, Wed and Thur straight after school, so sorry if you see me running past you. Any queries please email me =)

CONGRATULATIONS to the below children for fab SHARP homework - these children did the homework to show how they were SHARP at home - helping in the home etc...and also for good filling out of their reading log!! Well done - I must say week 4 is showing a big improvement (books/reading logs I marked yesterday!!). Special mention to Olivia who is only 4 nights away from 25 NIGHTS READING LOG...yay!!
 SHARP SHARP SHARP! Well done Sadie & Sam - our SHARP students for week 3.
AND....Room 7 won the "Spin the wheel' in assembly which meant that Sadie, Sam, Evie & Abigail got to choose an extra SHARP prize - choice of a SHARP badge, pen, drink bottle, pencil or a torch.


 This is the SHARP wall of fame in the school office - look at those 4 gorgeous faces from Room 7 - Well done!!!!!

 Picasso - well done to Sadie who went home the afternoon of the day we talked about Picasso and she did these masterpieces!! The one on the right is her brother Oscar, and the one on the left Sadie.

 Sam T - had a happy birthday during the week ---> here is Sam with his wonderful class around him after we had all sang Happy Birthday to him.
And today (Saturday) is happy birthday to Emelia - we look forward to your special news on Monday.
 Busy pics - the class have been busy this week. This shows a maths lesson - some children finishing Statistics work and some children working on Studyladder maths.

 WOW WOW WOW! It's so pleasing to see the children trying really hard with their presentation...this is Sam BG's handwriting. Sam is doing very well with his presentation and takes PRIDE in his work. Go Sam!!!

Enjoy the photos of the swimming showcase...the children did well. It was a small snapshot of what Anna & I have been doing on a daily basis during our School swimming lessons.
